There are 10 rooms in the main hotel villa and 2 separate cottage units. All rooms have ceramic tiled floors, a private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenettes, color TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern furniture, and a private balcony to enjoy Villa Blanca's beautiful vistas of downtown St. Thomas, its turquoise harbor, cruiseship port, and romantic evening sunsets.

Pool and Lounge Deck

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and lounging on the deck chairs while taking in the warm tropical sun and vistas. With a western facing perspective, the deck offers the same spectacular hill top view. Trade Winds that flow from the east, help cool down the pool and patio area from the tropical sun.

A stroll in Villa Blanca's garden is a feast for the senses. Beautiful fragrant flowers, delicious tropical fruits and many interesting Caribbean creatures abound from hummingbirds to Igaunas. A place for visitors to relax and take in some nature just outside their rooms.

Caretaker Residence

Owners or caretakers have several options as to where to live on the property. They may live in part of or the entire main villa residence which is completely seperate from the hotel offering privacy and luxurious living. They could live in one of the two fully equipped comfortable apartments (photo to left) under the main house or lofts can be built above the hotel cottage units as residence. In any event there is plenty of room for the main villa residence to be converted into a restaurant and/or night club for greater income.
